The Darkness In Judas

“You can't fix everyone. Be careful with the darkness. When you see it in others, speak the truth to it. But also recognize that you can't get pulled into it. You can't fix people. The gospel fixes people. Jesus fixes people, and that's the problem with the darkness. It makes you think that there is no light. There's no hope. But the gospel, the third thing I want to point out is it repeals the darkness. It pushes the darkness back. … Jesus didn't fail here. Jesus was working alongside and working with him and giving him time. But at the ultimate side, he recognized what was going to happen, and yet, the main failure is Judas' failure to recognize the power of forgiveness. Judas had a chance.”
