Professor. Pastor. Rapper.
From the halls of Academia to the back alley Cypher.
Rev. Dr. Cyril Guerette
Cyril Guerette has spent three decades doing theology in every room that would have him — the lecture hall, the pulpit, the boardroom, and the studio booth. A Cambridge-trained theologian with a PhD from the University of St. Michael's College, he pastored churches across Toronto for nearly two decades before joining Tyndale University as a full-time professor, and now serves as chaplain to business leaders including a mergers-and-acquisitions firm, offering pastoral care to people navigating the human cost of corporate change. He also records as Ill Seer and Prophetic Poetic, carrying the same convictions that shape his sermons and lectures into hip-hop.
