David & Cyril Tagteam - The Trial of Jesus

“See, I know truth is a hard word. I know that claiming truth often ends up being a power grab. Someone wants the power of the truth over the other people. I know that claims of truth often end up totally wrong, even though these people have their best intentions. Let me ask you though, just because sometimes claims of truth are false, or claims of truth are violent, does this mean that truth doesn't exist? No, what it means is that we better do our homework if we're looking for the truth. See, if God is truth, it means that anything true will be God's truth. Christians, don't be scared of truth. Don't be scared of scientific truth. Anything true is God's truth. Anything true in the world of facts, numbers, or feelings and spiritual values, this truth always rests on the truth of God, and we know that Jesus came to teach the truth, Jesus came to teach us the ways of God, to help us get out, help us get over our fear. We're fearful of the truth. He helps us embrace it. He helps us embrace the truth that God made us for. The truth Jesus brought frees us to enjoy God. Jesus has the truth.”
